Participating vendors

Hi,

I was just wondering if the inclusion of a company on the list of participating vendors (https://pocketedms.wordpress.com/participating-vendors/) implied that they met the mandatory Pocket EDMS requirements?

If a small company included just the mandatory items in their URS, they would automatically know that a participating vendor met all of their requirements. They then just focus on price and services. Equally, if they know the participating vendors already met all the mandatory requirements, they just need to focus on any additional requirements and document those in their RFP.
